Synopsis
This documentary portrays the dreams, delusions and disappointments of fifteen provincial women, candidates in the “Miss Plastic Surgery 2010” contest (conceived by the Emilia-Romagna patron Elio Pari). These women have partially or totally changed their appearance in the hope of loving themselves more.
